Here at Super Pets Club, we believe that every holiday is extra special when we include our pets––and that includes Halloween season! Not sure where to start when planning a pet-filled Halloween event? We listed down some fun ideas and events! 

1. Dress up with your pet 

We always see a lot of couple costumes during Halloween, but what about matching pet and pet parent costumes? With your matchy outfits, you can even join Pet Halloween Costume Contests at select SM branches! 

Safety tip: Make sure your pet is comfortable dressing up and can move freely with their outfit. The simpler the costume, the better! 

2. Time for a photoshoot 

Since we already shared our tips for taking photos of your pets, why not put them to the test for some exclusive Halloween photos! Snap some pictures to make sure your matching costumes don’t go to waste. For the pets that are uncomfortable with costumes, you can still get themed pictures by adding props to your photos instead. Try having your pet pose next to some home Halloween decor! 

3. Play Halloween-themed games 

If you have a pet that loves to play, why not put a spooky spin to their playtime? If you have a cat that likes hiding in small spaces, you can use a spare cardboard box to make them a makeshift haunted house! If you have a dog that loves fetch, you can plan a Halloween scavenger hunt with holiday-themed treats! 

4. Trick-or-Treat drive for a shelter 

There are so many organizations and shelters that help out animals-in-need around the Philippines. Why not include them in the holiday celebrations too? Get in touch with an organization’s team and check what supplies they’re looking for this Halloween season! 

5. Celebrate at a Howl-o-ween Party
